The single vineyard 2021 vintage is a medium to light bodied cool climate Shiraz with a great balance of sweet juicy fruit and dark spices. The wine is crimson red in colour, with red berry fruit and green olive aroma which are balanced with notes of vanilla that follow through on the palate.
